We provide healthy food packages to children ages 1 to 14, living with severe food insecurity. Feed the Hope of Children.

Healthier Children Today Brighter Futures Tomorrow. Food4Kids Waterloo Region provides healthy food for kids aged 14 years and under living with chronic hunger with limited or no access to food each weekend. Nutritious food bags are prepared by volunteers and delivered to schools each Friday to ensure children have nourishment over the weekend. There are thousands of children throughout Waterloo Region struggling through each weekend without food. Help fight child food insecurity in our own community. When kids leave school for the weekend, they should not have to worry about how they will be fed.

What an incredible honour to be recognized by the community as Exceptional Business of the Year. Our entire team works hard each day to ensure that the children in our program have the food they need to thrive.

Thanks for the recognition Greater KW Chamber of Commerce. This advocacy will have a great impact on our mission.

Do you remember the magic and excitement of Christmas break? 🎄✨

For 1,600 children in Waterloo Region, the holiday break means something very different—16 long days without access to any in-school support.

Without our community's support, these kids will face real hunger during the holidays.

Christmas is just two months away, and we are preparing to assemble and deliver vital holiday food boxes directly to the homes of families in need.

✨ This Christmas, the best gift isn't under the tree—it’s on the table. ✨

A donation of $200 provides a child with 3 full, nutritious meals plus daily snacks for the entire 16-day break.
