Food4Kids Waterloo Region provides healthy food for kids aged 14 years and under living with chronic hunger with limited or no access to food each weekend. Nutritious food bags are prepared by volunteers and delivered to schools each Friday to ensure children have nourishment over the weekend. There are thousands of children throughout Waterloo R

It’s the final Friday of the summer holiday and we’ve been busy delivering the last food boxes of the school break. We simply could not provide food support to children throughout the Waterloo Region for 10 weeks without the efforts of our volunteer team.
We are grateful for your time, energy and continued support, as we shift into our weekend program.

Since 2016, Food4Kids Waterloo Region has been making sure children in our program have nutritious meals every weekend and school break. This isn’t a gimmick, a trend, or a marketing campaign.
