Dress for Success Kingston is seeking a passionate and organized Program Coordinator to support our Youth Employment Program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping young people build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to succeed in the workforce.

As Program Coordinator, you will work directly with youth participants, employers, community partners, and volunteers to deliver engaging employment-readiness programming and support positive outcomes for young people in our community.

A huge welcome and thank you to Enbridge for joining us as our volunteer team for the United Way Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington Day of Caring 2026!

Today, their incredible team rolled up their sleeves and made a lasting impact on our organization. From refreshing our gardens, improving the pathway to our storage containers, to tackling painting touch-ups in our boutique, their hard work and enthusiasm helped make our space more welcoming and beautiful for the clients we serve.

We are beyond grateful for this amazing initiative and for the dedication of volunteers who give their time and talents to strengthen our community. Together, we can accomplish so much!
