A look at housing in the Annapolis Valley

Our partners at the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® (NSAR) recently shared the latest housing market stats for the Annapolis Valley. In July 2026, the benchmark price of a home was $341,100, up 1.2% from last year and 43.5% from five years ago.

That increase shows just how much the cost of buying a home in the Valley has changed over the past five years.

Housing trends like these matter to our regional economy. The cost of housing can affect where people are able to live and work and businesses’ ability to attract and retain employees.

Our partners at NSAR provide housing market data and insights that help us understand what’s happening in communities across the province. Explore their latest market statistics to learn more.
