🙋‍♀️❓ What local needs were addressed by our Community Grants in 2025?

This chart measures the disbursements of our largest granting program against needs that were identified during the most recent Vital Signs report. Every year, we seek a balance between needs identified by the community and the strength of the applications we receive to determine which projects are funded.

🥗 🥪 One reason to support Community Foundations is that they can help tackle big issues by funding a wide variety of organizations. This year's Annual Report feature on food insecurity highlights how the JA Laird Healthy Lunch Program, Farmer’s Market Coupon Program, Roots to Resources, and Nourish - Reusable Packaging all take different approaches to make a difference.

Where do Brett Brett Baltac Boat Concert funds go?

"Funding from the Fund has enabled us to increase counselling program hours from 8 to 20 hours per week, providing more consistent support, reducing waitlists, and helping young people access services when they need them most.

Early intervention and timely mental health support can make a profound difference in a young person's life, and this funding is helping ensure that more children and youth receive the care they deserve."

- Helped start Nonprofit Network for building local organizational capacity
-$114K distributed through Student Awards
- 22 Organizations received $216K through Community Grants

😍 🌊 Another AMAZING concert on Lake Windermere thanks to Brett Kissel and W. Brett Wilson! Even with extreme winds and a full power outage, their incredible event team proved just how nimble they are—pivoting seamlessly so the music didn't miss a beat. Thank you to everyone attended and supported one of the Valley's most unique music events!⠀

😍 🌊 Another AMAZING concert on Lake Windermere thanks to Brett Kissel and W. Brett Wilson! Thank you to everyone who made it on the water this year for one of the Valley's most unique music events.
