Windermere Valley Child Care Society – Invermere, BC

Do you have a passion for early childhood education and strong organizational skills? We’re looking for a Floating Assistant Manager to support our two licensed child care centres and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
• Support centre managers and staff
• Assist with scheduling and program coordination
• Help ensure licensing compliance
• Work collaboratively across both centres

Position details:
• Full-time (32–40 hrs/week)
• $33–$35/hour (includes BC Wage Enhancements)
• Extended benefits & holidays
• Flex weeks available
