One way to improve mental health is to connect with others living with the same condition. Reaching out to someone who understands your experiences can provide invaluable support and help alleviate feelings of isolation. NS Meetup!
Join us at Homestead Lavender Farm in Shubenacadie, NS for their annual Walk of Colours and Vendor Market. Admission is free to enjoy the colours along the nature trail and look-off! There will be an outdoor vendor market to celebrate local crafters, live music, a pumpkin patch, lavender hot chocolate and more!
