There’s still space to join us for Yoga for Everyone!

We’re excited to continue partnering with Halifax Yoga to offer free monthly yoga sessions for Autistic people of all ages and abilities. Sessions are an opportunity to move, stretch, relax and connect in a welcoming environment, at your own pace.

Yoga for Everyone starts October 31 and takes place on the last Saturday of every month through May. You can join us for as many or as few sessions as you’d like – you don’t need to attend every month.
