Today is International Overdose Awareness Day. It is the world's largest global campaign to end drug poisonings, remember those who have died, acknowledge the grief of families and friends, and reduce the stigma of substance-related deaths.

Please don’t use alone. The National Overdose Response Service (NORS) is a virtual safe consumption site available for all Canadians, 24/7 x 365. Their service is 100% confidential, anonymous and judgement free. Their only priority is to keep you safe while you use drugs.

Our neighbours came downtown today, in spite of a rainy forecast. The distribution consisted of food, drinks and grocery items, hygiene and household products, running shoes and restaurant gift cards. Thank you to our volunteers and donors, especially Tima, Abby and Kate, whose generousity made the restaurant cards a possibility. Special thanks to Lacey and company, for the excellent running shoes.

Just a friendly reminder about our Drop-In Drug Poisoning Response & Naloxone Training on Aug 12th in Arthur at the Arthur Pentecostal Assembly at 7pm. No registration required

Substance use in Guelph and Wellington County
How to recognize and respond to a drug poisoning
Local supports and resources available in our community

Participants will receive a naloxone kit and training.
