Keeping Our Community Safe with Project Lifesaver!
York Sunbury Search and Rescue (YSSR) is proud to offer Project Lifesaver, a vital program designed to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other diverse needs, as well as their caregivers.
Project Lifesaver uses a specialized, wearable wristband that allows caregivers to monitor a loved one’s location in the event of an emergency. If the wearer goes missing, our team can quickly track their location, helping to ensure a safe and efficient recovery.
For families and caregivers, Project Lifesaver provides reassurance and an additional layer of safety for those who may be at risk of wandering or becoming disoriented.
York Sunbury Ground Search & Rescue is there to provide support and answer any questions you may have. Reach out to schedule a free consultation by calling (506) 461-5832 or visit https://yssr.ca/project-lifesaver/
Image Description: A photo of a black, rounded-top embroidered patch against a bright red background. At the top is a compass emblem: a light blue ring marked with the letters N, E, S, and W around a yellow center with a black compass rose. On either side of the compass are gold leaf-like shapes. Beneath the emblem, “York Sunbury” is stitched in bold white letters, and below that, two lines of curved white text read “Ground Search and Rescue” and "Recherche Et Sauvetage Au Sol."
