FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Leasing & Front Admin to support our leasing operations while managing front desk responsibilities. This role serves as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, while also handling the administrative side of the leasing process to ensure a smooth and timely tenant experience.
This position offers opportunity for growth within the leasing function as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Reception
• Greet tenants, residents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
• Manage general office inquiries and administrative support tasks
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Leasing Administration
• Coordinate tenant onboarding requirements and documentation
• Prepare leasing documents, including move-in/move-out forms and PAD agreements
• Scan, file, and upload lease documents into Yardi and internal systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records (SharePoint/Yardi)
• Support the leasing process by completing administrative steps following initial application intake
• Assist in ensuring leases are processed and returned within target timelines (24–48 hours)

Tenant Coordination
• Follow up with prospective and approved tenants for outstanding documents
• Provide clear communication regarding next steps in the leasing process
• Support smooth handoff between leasing, administration, and operations teams

General Administrative Support
• Assist with remittances and document tracking
• Support overall office organization and workflow efficiency
• Provide additional administrative support to the leasing team as needed

QUALIFICATIOIN
• Previous experience in administrative support, reception, or leasing/property management preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach
• Experience with Yardi, SharePoint, or similar systems is an asset

White Rapids Manor, a 40-bed nursing home in Fredericton Junction, NB, is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPN must act in accordance with the mission and values of White Rapids Manor, including having a commitment to the Planetree Philosophy of Person-Centered Care and Service. The LPN participates in Planetree Initiatives, is an advocate for resident rights, and is flexible to the changing work environment.

This position involves provision of nursing care to the residents of the home under the direction of a Registered Nurse on duty or on call. Providing direct care in accordance with the Resident Care Plan and assisting the Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating resident care. Assisting the Registered Nurse with more complex nursing duties as required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shall work within the licensed practical nurse maximum scope of practice and is responsible to identify and report practice items to the Director of Care Services that require mentorship/training:
The rotation involves 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications
• Licensed Practical Nurse diploma maintaining a current NB Registration
• Good previous work and attendance record
• The ability to think critically and act logically to evaluate situations, solve problems and make decisions
• Uses technology, instruments, tools and information systems effectively
• Current certificate in CPR/AED training
• Ability to perform the duties of the position
• Written and spoken competence in English required.

This 100% virtual role focuses on helping clients identify learning needs and build strategies to succeed in training and certification. Technology required for work is provided.

As a member of VLS Canada, the successful candidate will provide one-on-one support through assessment, coaching and strategy instruction.

Key responsibilities
• Provide virtual learning support
• Develop personalized learning plans
• Instruct time-management, learning, and test-taking strategies

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Adult Education or an Adult Learning
Certificate or a related university degree, with concentration in learning disabilities. A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. A strong knowledge of working with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work diligently in a remote environment is required.

Require written and spoken competence in English. Written and spoken competence in English and French (or other languages) is an asset. Please state your language capability.

Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of and experience with, supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Knowledge of, and experience with the apprenticeship system in Canada is also an asset. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of and experience with assistive technologies. Candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications to be given further consideration.

Additional operational requirements
• Work some evening and/or variable hours to meet with clients who are not available during a regular workday.
• Operate from a private, dedicated workspace suitable for confidential client meetings.
