We are pleased to share some exciting news.

Please join us in congratulating Jayla Davidson on her new role as Human Resources Coordinator. Jayla has been a valued member of the Edson Friendship Centre team for the past 2.5 years, serving as our Indigenous Health Navigator. During this time, she has made significant contributions to the program alongside Cheryl Plante, who will continue in her role.

In her new position, Jayla will work closely with management to support staff and lead the development of our Human Resources program. We look forward to her continued success and leadership in this important role.

We are excited to share an update to our Indigenous Health Navigator team!!

Please join us in welcoming Amanda Beaverbone, who has transitioned into the role of Indigenous Health Navigator from within our Centre. Many of you may already know her from the Workforce Development program, and we are pleased to have her continue supporting our community in this new capacity.

Amanda is stepping into this role alongside Cheryl Plante, who will continue in her role. Amanda is taking over from Jayla Davidson, who has transitioned into a different role within the organization.

As an Indigenous Health Navigator, Amanda will support our Indigenous community members in accessing health services, building connections, and navigating systems in a culturally safe and respectful way.

We look forward to the continued strength of our Navigator team and the support they provide to our Indigenous community.
Congratulations, Amanda!
