Today we had the privilege of blessing three widows in our orphan and widow ministry with warm blankets.

Winter has arrived here in Mozambique, and while the days are often sunny, the nights can become surprisingly cold. For many widows, a warm blanket is more than just a gift—it’s comfort, dignity, and a reminder that they are seen and loved. They are not forgotten!

One of the greatest joys was watching their reactions. Before they even touched the blankets, their faces lit up with excitement. By the time they wrapped themselves in them, the smiles said everything.

These moments are only possible because of the generosity of so many who have chosen to give. Thank you for helping us care for those who are often overlooked. Your kindness is bringing warmth, hope, and the love of Christ to widows here in Mozambique.

Every child has a story. This is Mateus. ❤️

Mateus is one of the newest children to join our orphan care program.

After the loss of his father, his mother was no longer able to care for him. He now lives with relatives—a blind couple who are lovingly raising their own four children, all of whom are also part of our orphan program.

Life hasn't been easy for this family, but because of faithful supporters like you, Mateus now has hope.

Through our orphan program, he receives:
🌽 Nutritious food to help him grow
📚 The opportunity to attend school
❤️ A safe community where he is loved and cared for
✝️ The chance to learn about God's incredible love and His purpose for his life

This is why our Steps to Stop Hunger campaign matters.

Our goal is to provide 4,000 bags of corn for families and children just like Mateus. Each bag costs $25 and helps provide the food they depend on throughout the year.
