🧠 Today is World Mental Health Day 💙 – a day to pause, listen, and remember that mental health is part of being human.

Today gives us an opportunity to look beyond statistics and labels and to recognize the people behind them – their experiences, their challenges, and their resilience, and most importantly their voices.

Some actions you can take today:
✅If you haven’t used your EFAP yet, create an account, and book your first free appointment with a health provider.
✅Bring awareness and reduce stigma around mental health by talking to your colleagues, friends, and family. And remember, reaching out to a healthcare professional, counsellor, trusted person or community support is a sign of strength.
✅Reflect on what helps you feel supported, valued, and connected in your work, and consider how you can create more of that in your day-to-day.

You don't have to wait until things feel overwhelming to find support. 🫂
