Brookview Community League *The City of Edmonton recently went through an initiative to name each ward with aboriginal names. Ward 9 (including Brookview) name is Pehisiwin.

Brookview Community League is a volunteer, non-profit organization that strives to enhance the Bulyea Heights community by hosting programs and events and providing useful services and opportunities. A huge thank you to all the 30+ people who volunteered with the annual Brookview Spring Community Clean Up! It is heart warming to see so many people pitch in and keep our neighbourhood looking great. Also, a shout out to Councillor Mike Elliot for stopping by too.

Brookview Community Preschool – Open House February 19

We invite families to attend our Brookview Community Preschool Open House on February 19, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Brookview Community Hall. This is a great opportunity to meet our teachers, explore the classroom, and learn more about our programs and registration for the 2026/2027 school year.

We’d love your help spreading the word within our community!

Brookview Community Preschool offers a variety of flexible options designed to support children and their families. In addition to our traditional half-day programs for 3- and 4-year-olds, we are pleased to offer an after-kindergarten program for morning kindergarten students attending George H. Luck School.

Our combined 3- and 4-year-old program is designed with flexibility in mind and now offers families the choice of attending 2, 3, or 5 days per week, allowing families to select the schedule that best fits their needs.
