A fantastic day at ! Kickstart Dance Studio brought amazing energy, and amazing performances. So@many great local vendors, food and great games for everyone to enjoy. It was wonderful to see the community come together, take part, and make the day such a success. Fun, laughter, and community spirit were on full display!

Join us for a Two -1 hour family yoga sessions designed for parents and little ones to connect, move, and grow together.

Join Riley, from .wellness . As a new mother herself, she fully understands the importance of this time with your family. As she says, “they are always watching”.

First Session - Yoga with Little Ones 🧘
Gentle stretches, playful poses, and shared breathing help you and your child bond through movement in a calm, supportive space.

Second Session - Understanding Your Little One Through Movement 🧘‍♀️
Explore how simple movement and mindfulness can support your child’s development, as we guide you through activities that help you tune in, respond with care, and use yoga as a tool to connect and co-regulate.

You can join either part or both —come as you are and enjoy some mindful, joyful time with your family. Leave with new skills and experiences to continue to grow together at home.

Special Surprise: Each family will receive a yoga mat to help you build your at-home routine.
