On the weekend of October 17-18, 82 participants gathered at the Pacific Region Centre for a National Retreat. By taking in the instruction words and repeating them to ourselves, our understanding of the training deepens. We experience the balance, focus and lightness of heart that comes from practicing together.

Participants from the Atlantic Region gathered this weekend to deepen their understanding of the arts. This retreat focused on “changing our mind set”, letting go, releasing, expansion, contraction, elbows down and coiling of the spine.
