HARVEST HAUL GIFT BASKET FUNDRAISER

This Year's Fund Raising Event will once again feature a fun opportunity to get a little creative while also allowing you to give back to the community.

We invite you to participate in the HARVEST HAUL GIFT BASKET FUNDRAISER. This is a Silent Auction Table which will be set up at our Elimination Draw Fundraiser (DETAILS BELOW⬇️) We welcome you to create and contribute a basket of goodies to be offered for bidding on during the Fund Raiser.

📅 October 29 at 4:30 p.m.
📍 Cornwall Golf & Country Club

We encourage you to Harvest your creativity-You can use the "HARVEST HAUL" theme to create a seasonal gift basket or create your own basket using goodies to create your own theme. Use your imagination and please feel free to lavish the baskets with your business cards and branding material.

We will also offer two separate categories for those who really want to go all out and create a spectacularly themed basket for bragging rights in the HARVEST HAUL HEROS competitive categories. There will be an Individual and a Brokerage category for the HERO'S CONTEST. This is a chance to really show off your creative skills in creating gift baskets....something many of you in the real estate industry might be creating for clients already. Now you can show off these skills to your peers. These will be judged by a panel and winners will be announced the evening of the event.

ALL baskets will be placed on the silent auction table and guests will be able to bid on them that night and take them home that night as well. Photo ops for basket makers and basket winners will be great social media content and will be welcomed that night.

Proceeds from the HARVEST HAUL CHALLENGE will go to the Boys & Girls Club of Cornwall/SDG

As the baskets are received in advance of the event, the Board will post photos and identify the basket makers on the Board Socials and encourage basket makers to post pics of their own baskets on their own Socials in advance to help encourage awareness for this fun, fundraising event.

We hope this HARVEST HAUL CHALLENGE AND HARVEST HAUL HEROS will generate a lot of interest AND engagement by all those who attend. We invite All Brokerages, Brokers, Sales Representatives and Real Estate Real Estate Related Professionals and Clients (Photographers, Inspectors, Lenders etc.) to create lovely baskets and brand them up...a great way to highlight your services. Let the Board office Know if you are planning to participate by October 15th. We will be accepting the donated baskets at the board office up until the end of business day on October 21st.

The Cornwall and District Real Estate Board is hosting a BBQ and charitable event on October 16th:
"Home Again Hampers" is an initiative designed to support individuals and families who are getting back on their feet after experiencing homelessness or a period of transition.

We are collecting the everyday basics someone needs when starting over.
- cleaning products
- basic tools
- glassware
- cutlery
- kitchen utensils
- oven mitts
- pots & pans
