To the people who returned to our store at 7:18 PM last night driving the Ford truck. The ReStore is NOT the place for you to dump your hazardous waste cans. Bags of empty brake clean, oil filters for commercial vehicles and other items should be disposed of properly and professionally. Dumping them in our containers means our staff and volunteers could be put at risk, pulling the bags out of the container, sorting the bags and then we have to send it to hazardous waste. This is an unnecessary use of our time and expense when we are in the middle of construction on FOUR affordable homes!!! There’s a housing crisis going on - do your part and recycle your containers appropriately- don’t dump them on a non profit organization!

😂 Come on, admit it… you're singing it right now! LOL!

But seriously, folks… THE ROOF IS ACTUALLY ON!!! 🏠🙌🎉

Another HUGE milestone for Habitat for Humanity Cornwall & The Counties!

Every nail, every board, and now every shingle brings us one step closer to turning these houses into HOMES for four deserving families! 🏡❤️

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing builders, trades, donors, and supporters who are helping make this dream a reality!

We're raising roofs, building hope, and changing lives… ONE HOME AT A TIME! 🔨

To the people in the mini van who must have misplaced their garbage bag full of empty brake-clean cans at 7:04 last evening. We found the very full bag in our cardboard recycling container this morning - not easily mistaken as a hazardous waste container. That’s an awful lot of brake clean and we’d love to return it to you for proper recycling. Please revisit the ReStore, during operating hours and we’ll gladly return the full bag of empty cans.
