The below email will be sent to cadets from your corps and squadrons that applied to be staff cadets and have not been selected for any summer opportunity.
Subject: Summer 2026 Training Opportunities – Team Canada Strong (Apply by 22 June)
Team Canada Strong – Bridge to Opportunity (Cadets & JCRs) is the Canadian Armed Forces’ coordinated contribution to national workforce development through the Cadet and Junior Canadian Rangers Programs. It positions CJCR Gp as Canada’s national early‑exposure platform—providing youth with structured, hands‑on experience, developing foundational and modern skills, and strengthening connections to future civilian and CAF pathways. Aligned with the Spring Economic Statement, the initiative leverages existing national programs to address skilled trades shortages by engaging youth earlier, improving preparedness, and enhancing equitable access to opportunities across Canada
