🍽️✨ WHAT A NIGHT! Fantastic Chefs Dinner & Meeting at the Austrian Danish Canadian Club! 🇨🇦🇦🇹
What an incredible evening filled with great food, inspiring speakers, new friendships, and plenty of reasons to celebrate! ❤️
We were thrilled to welcome a wonderful crowd of local chefs, associate members, students, and food enthusiasts who came together to share knowledge, enjoy great food, and celebrate our amazing culinary community.
🐟 BARRAMUNDI — A TASTE OF THE SEA!
A huge thank you to Chef Chris from North Sea Fish, who introduced us to Barramundi and shared his knowledge about this delicious fish. And, of course, we got to taste it for ourselves! Absolutely delicious! 👏🐟
🧄 FROM FARM TO TABLE — FOREST HILL GARLIC
We were also fortunate to welcome Forest Hill Garlic, who took us on a fascinating journey through the world of local garlic farming — from preparing the soil and planting, all the way through harvesting and preservation.
And the best part? We got to sample their locally grown roasted garlic — so delicious and literally melt-in-your-mouth good! 🧄😍
🥩 SPOLUMBO'S FINE FOODS & DELI
Another highlight of the evening was Spolumbo's Fine Foods & Deli, who helped make the night extra special with their outstanding food and products. What a fantastic addition to our evening!
🇦🇹 A TRADITIONAL AUSTRIAN FEAST!
And then came dinner! We were treated to an amazing traditional Austrian meal, featuring:
🥩 Schnitzel
🌭 Bratwurst
🥔 Roasted potatoes
🍎 Apple Strudel
Needless to say, everyone was very happy! 😋❤️
🎂 A VERY SPECIAL BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!
The evening became even more special as we celebrated the 80th Birthday of Chef Clive Chamberlain! 🎉🥳
It was wonderful having Chef Clive with us to celebrate this incredible milestone — and, of course, to blow out the candles on his birthday cake! 🎂
Happy 80th Birthday, Chef Clive! We wish you many more wonderful years filled with health, happiness, friendship, and great food! 🥂❤️
