Dalhousie TOC Community Engagement Now Open

Planning is underway for the Dalhousie Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) by CMLC.

As part of the next phase of our community engagement program, Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC) is seeking community input on the master plan vision for the new TOC.

There are two ways to get involved:

1. Attend an Open House

Join CMLC and our planning teams at one of two open houses near you.

Thursday, June 4 | 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Location: Dalhousie Community Association

Saturday, June 6 | 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Location: Dalhousie School

2. Provide Your Input Online

Visit our engagement portal to learn more about CMLC and our approach to TOC planning, and to share your comments on the master plan vision. Online engagement will be open May 25-June 8.

Is your teen getting ready to write their Alberta Learner’s Licence test?

Help them feel confident and prepared before test day. Our FREE Learner’s Licence Preparation Workshop is designed for youth and will help students review key concepts from the learner’s handbook, ask questions in real time, and better understand what to expect.

Unlike online-only study options, participants will connect directly with a local driving instructor, build confidence, and get practical guidance for the next steps in their driving journey.

Perfect for teens preparing to get behind the wheel and for parents wanting to help set them up for success.

📅 Tuesday, June 9
🕒 3:45 – 5:45 PM
📍 Dalhousie Community Association
🎟️ Free to attend, but registration is required

Students can register in-person at the Dalhousie Community Association Office.

If parents would like to register their child online, please email [email protected] for registration link.
