Do you love working with school-age children and creating fun, engaging experiences? Dalhousie Out of School Care is looking for enthusiastic Level 1, 2 and 3 Early Childhood Educators to join our team in Calgary!

This is more than just a childcare role. You’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive space where children from Kindergarten to Grade 6 can play, explore, build confidence and make meaningful connections.

As part of our team, you’ll help lead activities such as arts and crafts, STEM, outdoor play, sports, games, cooking, special events and more.

NEW AT THE DCA: COMMUNITY YOGA STARTS SEPTEMBER 14!

Looking for a way to move, stretch, slow down and reset at the end of the day? Join us for our brand-new Dalhousie Community Yoga program this fall!

Led by instructor Zyanya, these welcoming Monday evening classes blend gentle movement, slow breath work and mindful stretching, with a focus on mobility through the shoulders, hips and spine. Whether you have yoga experience or are completely new to the practice, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with modifications available for different bodies, abilities and experience levels.

YOU ASKED. WE LISTENED. Board Games Night is coming to the DCA!

When we asked our community what kinds of new activities and programs you wanted to see at the DCA, Board Games Night received great support so we’re excited to make it happen!

Our first Board Games Night launches Wednesday, September 16, and registration is now open.

Whether you’re into quick card games, strategy games that take over the whole table, social deduction, classics, or something completely different, this is a casual space to play, meet people and connect with other board game fans in the community.

Already have a gaming group? Bring them along and bring your favourite games!

Don’t have anyone to come with? Come on your own! Board Games Night is designed to be a welcoming place to meet other people who enjoy playing.
