It’s never easy to say goodbye to a FiT graduate, especially one as dedicated as Mihko. Watching her commitment to her health & wellness grow has been nothing short of inspiring. What started as a goal became a lifestyle, and today she continues to show up for herself, leading by example and embracing every challenge with determination.
We loved being a part of her fitness journey and couldn’t be prouder to see her confidently continuing her fitness path in adult fitness centres.

Mihko, we will miss you but we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. 💪💚
Here is what Mihko said about her time at Fit Foundation Youth Health Club: “Thank you, for an amazing experience. I gained confidence in my mental well-being and my body. I learned to love my body with positivity and I realized I’m stronger than I think.”

FIT MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 📣 ⭐️
We are incredibly proud of the many young people who have graduated from the Fit Foundation program and gone on to embrace healthier, more confident, and more fulfilling lives. Through their dedication and hard work, they have developed a passion for fitness and a commitment to their health and wellness. Their bodies are stronger, their minds are healthier, and they have gained the confidence, resilience, and life skills needed to navigate challenges both on and off the gym floor.

Today, we want to celebrate Logan!

Congratulations, Logan! We are so proud of everything you have accomplished. You have grown into a stronger, more confident young man, and a wonderful role model for others. While we will miss training you at the club, we have no doubt that you will continue to achieve great things as you take the next step in your fitness journey. We know we’ll be seeing you crushing your goals in the adult fitness world! 💪

Here’s what Logan had to say about his experience with Fit Foundation:
“I have seen change in many parts of my life, not just improvements in the weight room. Being fit makes every day more enjoyable because I have more energy and feel less lazy. I have also improved as an athlete by gaining speed and strength. Going to the gym has helped build my confidence. Being around other people and learning to focus on your own goals is an important skill to develop. Fit Foundation will always be the place that made me a better athlete and a better person.”

In a recent in-house mindfulness session, we asked our Fit kids a simple question:
“Who motivates you to attend your Fit Foundation sessions?”
The results were split right down the middle:
➡️ 50% said their parents/guardians
➡️ 50% said they motivate themselves
But the real insight came from why.
💬 Self-motivated kids shared that on tough days, they remind themselves how amazing they’ll feel afterward. They’ve connected effort with reward—and that mindset keeps them consistent.
💬 Parent-motivated kids admitted they sometimes resist at first… but without fail, they finish their workout feeling proud, energized, and happy.
No matter the motivation style, one thing is clear:
Every single child feels better after they show up and move their body.
✨ So here’s the big question:
WHAT KIND OF KID DO YOU HAVE?
