Our next Bottle drive is Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 9:00am. We will be collecting bottles in our area: Somerset, Bridlewood, Silverado, Yorkville and Belmont.

Simply leave bottles on front step, in the driveway or at the curb. If you received a flyer, you can tape it to the bottles or another note that they are for Scouts.

IF we miss collecting your bottles, please email [email protected] and we will send someone to get them.

As always thank you for supporting Scouting!!

Scouting is open to everyone. If you are interested in joining or receiving more information, email [email protected]

Venturers' holiday gift exchange and gingerbread house building.

Good evening from 264 Venturers. The vents are over there doing pioneering stuff. I'm pretty sure. The fire is nice.

🧡 September 30: National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡

Today, we honour Survivors, remember the children who never returned home, and reflect on the ongoing impacts of residential and day schools on First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities. It is a day to learn, remember, and commit to meaningful action.

For our Scouting community:
🟠 Wear an orange shirt to show that Every Child Matters.
🟠 Attend Indigenous-led events or local ceremonies. Friendship Centers are a great place to start.
🟠 Take time to reflect: take time to highlight the experiences of Indigenous youths and/or volunteers in Scouting, and ask the moments that have helped them feel seen, valued, and included in the program.

Reconciliation is a journey — let’s continue to listen, learn, and act together.

One meaningful way is by uplifting Indigenous voices: For anyone looking to deepen their understanding please explore the resources.
