Bowen Island Legion The Royal Canadian Legion is an organization supporting veterans and our community. Welcoming new members and Volunteers. Current dues are between $60 and $65.

For members and their guests:
*The Bowen Island Legion hosts Friday night dinners Sept - June put on by volunteer cooks and servers
*Yes! You can book the legion for your event (some restrictions apply)

Once again, a good portion of our parking lot is marked off as a bike riding, hockey and basketball area ! One of the few areas on the island of paved asphalt available for play. This area is unsupervised and the Legion accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries of persons using our property.

Thanks to all that helped at last night's Legion year end BBQ! Seanna Strubin, Sheila McCall, Anna Marie Atherton, Pam Miller, Tanis Layzell, Pam Culver, Legion executives Tim Hausch, Kelly Davidson, Lynne Hartle and Jason Zahara. Many thanks to Jax Stong on the bar, Sue Strubin on the door, Ace Menzies in the dish pit, and Andrew Gourlay, Don Cochrane running the 50/50. Other than some special events in June we are done for the summer. Dinners resume in the Fall.
