🎄🐈‍⬛🐱 This Christmas, we're giving back to some very deserving furry friends!

We're excited to welcome Whisker Rescue as our featured rescue at the Little Of This Christmas Market, November 28th & 29th!

❤️ Admission is by donation, with 100% of donations going directly to Whisker Rescue to help support the cats and kittens in their care.

Whisker Rescue is a charitable, nonprofit organization run by a small but incredibly dedicated team of volunteers. As a no-kill rescue, they open their doors to cats of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances, giving each one the love, care, and second chance they deserve.

Their sanctuary is also home to many beloved Purrmanent Residents, including senior cats, those living with medical conditions, cats with mobility challenges, and others requiring specialized or lifelong care. For some, the sanctuary provides a safe place to spend their remaining days surrounded by compassion and comfort. ❤️

Caring for so many cats takes an incredible amount of time, dedication, and resources, and Whisker Rescue relies heavily on the generosity of the community to continue their amazing work.

🎄 Want to help? Monetary donations are always appreciated, or you can bring along any of the following much-needed supplies:

🐾 Canned cat food, any brand
🐾 Temptations treats, any flavour
🐾 Cat litter
🐾 Dry cat food, any brand

Every donation, big or small, helps provide food, shelter, medical care, and comfort to cats who need it most.

🎁 Shop local. Give back. Spread kindness.

This holiday season, let's come together to make Christmas a little brighter for the cats and kittens of Whisker Rescue! 🐾❤️

THIS is what Fall 2027 is going to look like. 👀🍂

Recognize the location? 🌾Yep, that’s Watipi Campground, and next year we're hosting TWO Prairie Nights, Summer & Fall!

But don’t worry, we’re not saying goodbye to the Abbey Centre. 👻 October 2027 will be our brand-new Haunted Harvest, with a Halloween-focused feel.

We are SO excited for this change!!

⚠️ SCAM ALERT / PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS

We are receiving more reports of scam messages and emails being sent to vendors regarding Little of This Market.

Some of these scammers have copied the wording and structure of our actual vendor application, which can make their messages look very convincing.

Please remember that we only communicate through our official Little of This Market social media pages or by email at [email protected]. We will never contact you from a personal account or a different email address claiming to represent the market.

If anything seems suspicious, do not send money, click links, or provide personal information. Check with us directly first and we will confirm whether it is legitimate.

When in doubt, check with us.

💍 LOST RING AT THE FALL MARKET 💍

We’re hoping our market community can help!

A shopper lost a men’s gold wedding ring with three diamonds at the Little of This Fall Market this past weekend. She believes it may have been lost somewhere around the area of the beef jerky vendor.

The ring holds a great deal of sentimental value, and the family is hoping someone may have seen it, picked it up, or knows anything about where it could be.

If you have any information at all, please send us a private message so we can help get it back to its owner.

Please share and help us spread the word!

🍂 WHAT A WEEKEND! 🍂

Central Alberta, you absolutely showed up for our Fall Market! 🧡

Over two incredible days, 2,992 shoppers came through the doors to support more than 100 small businesses, connect with our community, and make this an incredible weekend!

And the impact went far beyond shopping. Together, we raised an amazing $7,408, plus approximately $350 in donated items, for Next Chapter Animal Rescue. 🐾

To every shopper who came out, every vendor who brought their heart and talent, every volunteer who jumped in, and everyone who donated, shared, or supported in any way, THANK YOU.

These markets are built by this community, and seeing nearly 3,000 of you choose to spend your weekend supporting local means more than we can say. 🫶 🧡
