There are a number of programs and services available to help individuals and families in need throughout Mississippi Mills. These supports are loosely connected and are often unknown by many who could benefit from them. A MEAL FOR ALL strives to build community awareness and support throughout our community by providing opportunities to gather, share wholesome food and connect. Starting small, we
are excited to announce the launch of our free weekly breakfast program in
Almonte this spring. Our hope is that the A MEAL FOR ALL initiative will grow to serve
additional communities in Mississippi Mills and offer greater connections to the other social
and economic resources already in place. A MEAL FOR ALL is a grassroots organization made up of members from local faith
communities, community service organizations, and businesses, with the support of Public Health and the Lanark County Food Bank.
