1 in 4 people with missed over 2 weeks of social life this year. 97% report mental health struggles. And 39% say their doctor never even asks.
Our new "Chronic Pain, Mental Health and Self-Management Survey 2025" reveals just how big the gap really is. 1,220 people from 22 countries shared their story — the numbers are hard to ignore:
😖 84% live with pain every day, 81% say it clearly disrupts daily life
🧠 97% report a mental health complaint — 70% had none before their pain began
🏥 49% aren't working with any provider on managing their pain at all
Pain and mental health can't keep being treated as separate problems.
