🌟 On 26th June, the new cohort of the Economy of Tomorrow (EoT) Fellows began an inspiring journey through the kickstarting orientation event. Our EoT fellowship programme supports Bangladesh’s economic evolution to a diversified, fair and sustainable economy. It allows young students and scholars to elaborate on issues and ideas through rigorous research and analysis.

In this year’s fellowship programme, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Bangladesh has set a theme of “Youth’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship to Diversify the Economy of Bangladesh” to explore comprehensive strategies and modalities for harnessing the potentials of the youths. On the day of orientation, the newly selected fellows presented fresh and pioneering ideas covering youths’ information access in remote areas, new applications for the country’s traditional materials and crafts, creating economic spaces for gender-diverse communities, growth opportunities of agro-startups, and empowering youths of highly marginalized communities for their economic inclusion.

Do you find topics interesting and exciting? Will you keep your eyes on our social media to get the results of the policy papers? Would you like to share your thoughts on the areas of investigation?

Dr. Amena Mohsin, Prof. Dr. Niloy R. Biswas and Md. Rabiul Islam Rabi is happily guiding the young fellows to reach their destination! Still your suggestion and recommendations will be highly appreciated.
