We are incredibly proud of this absolute legend, Danny, who shows what can happen when young people are given opportunity, support and people who genuinely believe in them. 👏

Danny has worked hard to adapt to the demands of the industry, push through the early mornings and kept backing himself every step of the way. Watching his confidence and maturity grow throughout this journey has been amazing.

👏 Celebrating Danny Cochrane and an exciting milestone with the JRT Group!

Danny commenced with JRT Group in August 2025 at just 15 and half years old, joining our heavy machinery mechanical workshop through the Level Up Program run by The Real Group.

Over his first six months, Danny focused on adjusting to the demands of the workplace and safely working around heavy and potentially dangerous machinery. During this time, he has shown incredible growth, maturity, and commitment.

His manager has praised how far he has come, noting that Danny is doing extremely well.

Thanks to his hard work and dedication, Danny enrolled in the Certificate III in Engineering – Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic (Diesel Fitter / Mechanic) with CQU, with he completed in March.

We’re proud to support young people entering the industry and look forward to seeing Danny continue to thrive in his career journey. 🚜🔧

Today, we’re saying a heartfelt thank you and goodbye to our Nyulang who has been such an important part of Level Up for the past 4 years.

It’s hard to put into words how much we appreciate everything you’ve brought to Level Up and to the many young people whose lives you’ve helped shape along the way. Through your care, patience and encouragement, you’ve created moments that truly mattered. Your presence hasn’t just supported growth, it’s inspired it.

While it’s genuinely difficult to see you go, we’re filled more with gratitude than sadness. Gratitude for the time we’ve shared, the impact you’ve made, and the legacy you leave behind.

As you step into your next chapter, we hope you carry with you just how valued and appreciated you are. New beginnings bring new challenges, but we know you’ll meet them with the same heart, strength, and generosity you’ve always shown.

We wish you nothing but the very best for what comes next and we have no doubt you’ll continue to uplift, lead, and make a difference wherever you go.
