Where are they getting these “experts” from? 🤦🏽‍♂️

Last week a Mackay mum was told by the DOE that their child’s incident “didn’t fit the definition of Bullying” & now this “expert” is supporting the ridiculous narrative that bullying must be declining as reports have gone down, how ridiculous.

A certificate on the wall doesn’t make you an expert, how about speak to those living what you’re talking about.

What is the definition of Bullying? 🤔

“Repetitive behaviour with the intent to cause harm & isolate a person when there is an imbalance of power.”

But why are so many MP’s, Queensland Department of Education representatives & school hierarchy sharing posts recently “explaining” this to the community?

Because of liability & to pigeon hole bullying so that when victims attempt to report a “bullying” incident, if the incident doesn’t tick specific boxes of what defines bullying, then it will be dismissed and the schools/QDOE Anti-Bullying policies and procedures won’t apply; therefore shifting the responsibility away from them and not affecting the Bullying Incident analytics.

I myself had the Principal of YSHS try to use this very definition against me and to try and discredit my daughter, but I countered his counter.

Don’t be mistaken, this is designed to work against victims and their families not for them, so be prepared to have this used to discredit the incident if it doesn’t tick the specific boxes of the definition.

1️⃣ REPETITIVE behaviour: A one off incident is not considered bullying, even if that incident leads to a child being assaulted. The victim will be referred to the police and the school will wipe their hands of it.

2️⃣ INTENT to cause harm or isolate: A bully can actually claim that they “Didn’t mean (intend) to hurt” another student and therefore the incident may not be recorded as a Bullying incident if at all.

3️⃣ IMBALANCE OF POWER: If the Bully is younger, smaller, has a learning disability, they are not considered a Bully as there is no “imbalance of power”.

All of these points need to be proven by the bully, but when you have a principal and DOE policies working in your favour, it makes this fairly easy.

Has anyone else had this statement said to them when reporting Bullying incidents? If so, did that make you feel supported in having your concerns for your child addressed, or like you were fighting an uphill battle.

👉 Why: To help raise awareness for Domestic Violence & support the Women’s Fight Night at the Great Western Hotel on October 30th.
👉 OPTIONAL BUY IN: Participants can raise funds for CQ Healthy Families cqhealthyfamilies through sponsorships by local businesses.
👉 OPTIONS:
1️⃣ Train for fitness, fun & to reach personal goals.
2️⃣ Train to compete in a Boxing or Muay Thai exhibition.
3️⃣ Train to compete in an official Boxing bout or Muay Thai fight.
👉 TRAINING OPTIONS: Women’s only classes Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-645am (beginning Aug 25th) & all participants have access to all mixed classes on the RTC class schedule.

together.2026 Wairua Rising - "Breathe, Rise, Awaken" will be hosting a Women’s Only Fight Night being held at the Great Western Hotel on Friday October 30th, which is raising awareness for Domestic Violence & also well needed funds for the amazing charity CQ Healthy Families

In support of this great event, we are offering a;
1️⃣ FREE 10-Week Women’s Only Boxing Challenge 🔥
👉 Open to all levels of experience & ages
👉 Women’s Only Boxing Classes 2x week
👉 Access to all classes on the RTC schedule
⚠️ There will be no “Challenge winners” chosen as we want every participant to walk away at the end of the challenge feeling like they have won’t their own personal challenge.
⚠️ BUY IN will be securing $200 worth of donations for CQ Healthy Families by Oct 30th & attending the Women’s Only Fight Night in support of the event and standing against Domestic Violence. We will have a Go Fund Me set up at the beginning of the Challenge of all donations which will go directly to CQHF.

2️⃣ Sponsorship through The Contender Project Inc for ALL victims of Domestic Violence no matter their age or gender. Domestic Violence comes in many forms & we stand with all victims.

MPs doing what MPs do, putting on a show for the public, saying a lot, but doing nothing.

The Caloundra MP speaking in this clip is yet to respond to claims that her and her office ignored the cry for help from a victims parent after the victim was assaulted numerous times at CSHS, also leading to the bullies finding out the victims address & causing damage to their home.

Kendal Hatcher (can’t tag because she’s blocked us) stated publicly on our social media post that she was unaware of the incident or the victim at all, but when a detailed timeline of communication between her, her office & the victims parent was emailed through…….crickets.

JPL (can’t tag because he’s blocked us) was made aware of these incidents & again, nothing was done.

This is another spit in the face to all of the victims of bullying out there & these round tables are nothing but a publicity stunt.

If you want to get real results & you really care about your communities, how about inviting members of the community who are actively addressing these issues and victims who experience what you’re talking about everyday, instead of filling the room with MPs & principals who only care about their career trajectories.

Doing nothing, is saying something.

Our apologies for the lack of content on our FB & IG pages, we lost access to our account and have finally been able to recover both accounts. Our TikTok was still active but we weren’t as active there due to focusing on getting back our FB & IG access.

You’ve got to love technology 🤦🏽‍♂️

Being called a bully, by kendallhatchermp when I addressed a bullying incident at Caloundra State High School where the victims mum made contact with her office asking for help, yet Mrs Hatcher denies ever hearing about this incident & has advocated for the school.

Lucky I have receipts & proof that contact was made & that Mrs Hatchers office was well aware of what was occurring at CSHS.

Have you ever noticed how bullies always turn victim & start pointing the finger back at those who are addressing their behaviour?

Bullies don’t grow out of bullying, they just bully different & they always play victim when they’re called out on their behaviour.

📣 CALL TO ACTION ‼️

ANTI-BULLYING RALLY to stand in support of Jake Gahan & Tamika Hosmer and their kids who are being relentlessly bullied on school grounds as recently as yesterday.

The principal is treating the victim, an 8yo girl, as the guilty party, accusing her of lying. No wonder kids have lost faith in those who are meant to protect them.

The parents have done everything they can & yet nothing has changed, so let’s stand beside them in solidarity for their kids, our kids & all kids.
