Thereā€™s a lot of focus on what the schools arenā€™t doing to address the behaviour of their students, but letā€™s not forget, thatā€™s itā€™s not their job to parent your childā€¦.ITS YOURS šŸ«µ

I believe that parents should be fined for their childā€™s behaviour if they break the law and are under 18yo & also have their Parenting Payments cut until theyā€™re actually parenting their kids.

The effects of bullying donā€™t just end when the child finishes school, it stays with them for the rest of their life, leading to a life of seclusion, anxiety & depression.

Victims who become parents can then begin to relive their own experiences through their fear of their children potentially going through what they experienced as a victim of Bullying themselves.

We need to address this issue as it happens.

Experience from a victim of Bullying who attends Caloundra State High School.

UPDATE: The victim has now left CSHS due to increased bullying and major concern for the mental health of the victim from their parent.

ā€œLegislation takes time to changeā€, If they can make money from it, they change the laws to suit.

Unfortunately the lives and well being of our kids arenā€™t priority enough to have MPs demanding change of the laws.

So we have to do it ourselves.
