🏁 GIPPY MX ROUND 6 — DONE & DUSTED! 🏁

What a weekend at Bluerock MCC!

Round 6 marked our first successful major race meeting on the new track, and we couldn’t be happier with how the weekend came together.

Saturday delivered near-perfect conditions, plenty of racing and positive vibes around the whole venue. Then Sunday, the heavens opened up and completely changed the game — bringing some seriously exciting mud racing and plenty of action! 🌧️💦

A massive thank you to everyone who came out, raced, supported the event, volunteered and helped behind the scenes to make the weekend possible.

It was a huge milestone for the club and the new track, and we’re excited to keep building from here.

We’re looking forward to the remainder of 2026 and even more excited to see what 2027 will bring for Bluerock! 💙💛

🚨 BLUEROCK MCC – WE NEED YOUR HELP THIS WEEK! 🚨

With our upcoming event just around the corner, we’ve still got plenty of jobs to finish before the gates open. If you can spare a few hours this Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we’d really appreciate the extra hands.

Jobs that need to be completed on Friday.
• Water tanker fill point
• Clean out all bins
• Empty the large rubbish bins
• Car park clean-up
• Place all track markers
• Set up pit tents and spectator viewing areas
• Install rider exit barrier
• Front fence clean-up
• Bring the recovery trailer up to the track
• Swap the A-frame on the tractors
• Final track preparation on Friday

We are also looking for 3 volunteers to help on the finish line during Saturday or Sunday.if I can also get two or three people to help clean up Sunday after the race that be fantastic .
If you can assist, please let us know in the comments or send us a message.

If you’re able to come out Friday, we’d love to have you there. Please note that if you arrive early, you’ll be allocated a job so we can get through this list as quickly as possible.

Bluerock only runs because of the support of its volunteers. Every bit of help makes a huge difference, and we’d love to see a few new faces lending a hand.

🏁 RIDE DAY — SUNDAY 26TH JULY IS STILL ON! 🏁

Thank you to everyone who showed their support on our previous post.

Although the track will be wet and muddy tomorrow, we have made the decision to go ahead with the ride day.

To give us the best possible opportunity to prepare a great track for the upcoming Gippy MX Round on the 8th and 9th of August, we have reduced the riding hours.

Updated Ride Day Details

📍 Sign-in from 8:45am
🏍 Riding from 10:00am to 3:30pm
💵 Reduced ride fee — $40 per rider
📝 Sign in and pay on the day
🍔 Full canteen available
⛺ No camping

Bluerock Track Condition Report 🌧️🏁

Unfortunately, the track is still very wet and muddy after the recent rain. Our crew has put in a huge effort to prepare it and make it the best it can be under the current conditions.

At this stage, the forecast is showing a 55% chance of only 1–2 mm of rain, so we’re keen to hear from our riders.

Would you still come and ride the track in its current condition?

Please let us know in the comments with a YES if you’d be there. Your feedback will help us decide the best way forward and whether it’s worth proceeding.

📝 Sign in: Available all day
📢 Riders briefing: 10:00am, followed by riding
No canteen available

💰 $50 per rider (Cash only)
Please bring the correct change if possible. With limited volunteers available, this will help speed up the sign-in process.

✅ All riders must present a current MA Licence or purchase/show a Day Licence at sign-in before riding.

We can’t wait to see everyone at Bluerock for an awesome day of riding. Travel safely, respect the track and each other, and let’s make it a great day!

BLUEROCK SCHOOL HOLIDAY RIDE DAY

As you’ve probably seen from the recent photos, the track has received a huge amount of rain. Our team has put in a massive amount of time, effort and money into rebuilding and improving the new track, and we’re working hard to have it ready.

To make the day viable with the costs involved, we need a minimum of 30 riders attending.

If you’re definitely coming, could you please comment “YES” below? This will really help us make the call on whether we can go ahead with the ride day.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of rain we’ve received and the ongoing drainage upgrades to our new track, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our ride days on Tuesday 30th June and Sunday 5th July.

We know this is disappointing, but these improvements are essential to ensure the track is safer, drains properly, and provides a better riding experience for everyone in the future.
We’d also like to be honest with our members. At the moment, the workload involved in these major upgrades has fallen on just four volunteers. While we’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to continue making these improvements with such a small team.

If you’ve ever thought about lending a hand, now is the time. Whether it’s a few hours at a working bee, helping with maintenance, or assisting at ride days, every bit of help makes a huge difference and helps keep our club moving forward.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we complete these important works.

We’ll post an update very soon with details of our next ride days, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to an even better BlueRock Motorcycle Club.
