This June we’re bringing back the rainbow 🌈

Pride Month is about recognising and supporting LGBTQIA+ communities.

Switching to the rainbow might seem small but it carries real meaning. We’re working to create spaces where people feel safe, respected and welcome.

We’ve asked our team and customers how we can do better and we’re acting on that feedback.

We’re not perfect but we’re showing up and doing the work to be better allies.

Happy Pride ❤️🧡💛💚💙

Over the last week, we spent time out on beautiful Dharawal Country for National Reconciliation Week.

A couple of moments have stayed with us.

Watching local school students exchange their school flags with Aboriginal Elders, a simple but powerful act of respect, connection and shared future.

Watching dancers guide school children, eager to learn the moves and be part of something shaded.

Seeing so many people lean into smoking ceremonies, following the lead of community and sharing in that moment together.

Hearing Dr Jodie Edwards talk about Burri Burri, the whale, and how the Dharawal people came to be.

For us, it’s about showing up, being allies wherever we can, and staying committed to the journey of reconciliation. We will continue to listen, learn and keep walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We had a great day at the KidsFest Shellharbour Communities for Children Big Play Date, full of play, imagination and plenty of laughter. Thanks to Good360 Australia, every child received a LEGO or DUPLO set to take home and keep the fun going. 🍄🧚✨

We’re all in for reconciliation! 🖤💛❤️💚💙🤍

We’re are sharing Cono Choir’s take on Beds are Burning by Midnight Oil for Voices for Reconciliation.

Big thanks to Mick Fernandez, our creative vibe checker, for helping us pull this together.

And thank you to our neighbours who stepped up alongside us as allies.

This week is National Reconciliation Week.
We’re listening, learning and working on being better allies - today and always.
From a yarning circle with Aunty Joyce to joining local reconciliation walks across the Illawarra, it’s been a meaningful start for our team.
More to come this week, including our full Voices for Reconciliation video.

🖤💛♥️💚💙🤍

We would like to thank Aunty Joyce for her truth‑telling and sharing her experience with us today on National Sorry Day. We asked Aunty Joyce, what’s the best thing we could do to be an ally on Sorry Day and during Reconciliation Week to be ally. She said, “just be kind, treat people as equals not just this week, but always”.
