Community Gateway is an Aged Care and Disability Service Provider located in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Mid North Coast.

Our primary objective is to provide quality, accessible and empowering support to our service users. Other Objectives include:

- Individualised support and information is provided to enable service users to have informed choice.
- Service users have the right to self determination about support provided to achieve and maintain social independence.
- Service provision meets or exceeds all standard

A farm visit for our Mid-North Coast Social Group 🐐💛

Recently, we visited The Hatch Farm, where we got to meet some very cute farm friends and enjoy a lovely day out together.

We were transported back in time at the gorgeous Udder Cow Cafe in Comboyne. This little farming town is nestled beyond the mountain tops 🐄

As one client remarked - "the hills are just dreamy". We wound along the stunning mountain cliff edges into the hinterland location of Comboyne and were welcomed by both the warm staff and charming decor.

The food is all hand made and local - healthy and delicious! "Gramma Pie for lunch - just like my mum used to make".

A trip down memory lane at Lou’s Cafe in Kempsey ☕

Our clients enjoyed a lovely outing to the historic cafe, sharing stories and memories over a delicious treat.

One of our clients even had a special connection to the cafe, having worked there as a waitress many years ago. After nearly 30 years off duty, she was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy a decadent hot chocolate instead! ✨
