Walcha Community Hub Connecting community to services and supports for children, families, and individuals. The Walcha Hub Drop in to the Hub to say hi and find out how we can help!

The Walcha Community Hub is operated by the Uralla Neighbourhood Centre and provides the Walcha Community, families and individuals with a space to make social connections, access social and economic supports and referral to Government and non Government agencies who provide outreach services from Walcha Hub. These include, Armidale Family Support and Play group, Lifeline, Health Wise, Aware Family Counselling and Community Corrections.

Good morning to all our wonderful families,
Gubi Gaban Children's mobile service will be holding its fortnightly play sessions at the Walcha Preschool this morning the 16th of June 2026.
These educational sessions ARE FREE AND EVERYONE WITH CHILDREN UNDER SCHOOL AGE ARE MOST WELCOME TO ATTEND.

Gubi Gabun play sessions are held fortnightly on Tuesdays at the Walcha Preschool.
10am Tuesday 19th May 2026

Everyone caring for children 5 years and under are welcome to join other families for 2 hours of fun and educational activities led by trained childhood educators. This a funded program by DSS.
