If you’re confident on machinery, strong with site set‑out and levels, and you take pride in quality workmanship - this role is built for you. You’ll work hands‑on with our team across commercial and residential projects, operating mini excavators and Bobcats, coordinating daily site activities, keeping productivity on track, and leading by example. Fencing experience is a big plus. 💪🌿
