David Harris, our local MP, joined us this morning for a photo with our new bus. Thank you David for getting us the grant to purchase this bus. The bus will be put to very good use.

Some photos from another wonderful afternoon at our Centre. Close to 100 people attended our Christmas in July lunch.

Lunch was a hot roast with lamb or chicken and roasted veggies cooked in house by our fabulous volunteer canteen staff. Our thanks to Steve, our main cook, and Judy and all the volunteers who worked hard all morning to put together such a great lunch - we can't do these functions without you.

We enjoyed some wonderful music from our Guitar Attack Group. Thank you to those great musicians who performed a wide range of songs we all know - it was a great selection.

I also take this opportunity to thank those Board, and other club members, who helped throughout the day. Your help was invaluable. This fabulous club can't run without everyone pulling together.

PLEASE NOTE: From this week there are some changes to our Line Dance Classes as follows:

* Wednesday Beginner Class is for dancers with some experience.

* Friday Absolute Beginner Class from 9.30 to 10.15 is now full - we are sorry but, at this stage, for safety reasons we cannot take any more new dancers on the floor. We will be concentrating on taking the current Absolute Beginners to the next level.

* Friday Beginner Class from 10.15 to 11.00am is for dancers with experience.

All other classes remain the same.

Wow! What a wonderful morning at the Centre. It was lovely to see so many people come and watch the NSW Police Concert Band put on another brilliant performance.

The Band has been coming to our Centre for around 30 years and I think they get better each year.

Our thanks go out to John and Nathan for bringing the Band to Toukley and we look forward to their return in 2027.

The Centre proudly donated $1000 to NSW Police Legacy Fundraising.

Thanks also to our volunteers who helped put the whole morning together - too many to mention, but you know who you are. We can't do these events without your help.
