Westerfolds junior parkrun

Westerfolds junior parkrun junior parkrun is a series of 2km runs for children aged between 4 and 14. They are open to all, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

Happy weekend everyone! Our friendly volunteers are locked in and we are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow morning.

Don't forget to arrive before 8am so you can hear all the important safety information and we can start on time.

First timers please aim to arrive ny 7.50 at the latest so our welcome volunteer can make sure you know how it all works.

Rain? What rain!

Our amazing crew of 100 juniors lit up Westerfolds Junior parkrun #342 with fast feet, big smiles and plenty of puddle‑jumping. We had 16 PBs, loads of milestones and a fantastic team of 19 volunteers🦺keeping everything running smoothly.

If you missed your milestone band, no stress - grab it next time you’re here.

Thinking about volunteering? We’d love to have you on the roster. A Working With Children Check is all you need.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Congratulations to the 153 juniors who ran, walked and thoroughly enjoyed participating at Westerfolds junior parkrun this morning.
They were supported by 20 amazing volunteers.
Well done to all those who achieved milestones - if you missed out on collecting your wristband you can pick it up next week.

There were 13 first timers - Welcome! We hope to see you again soon.

A massive 38 people earned PB’s by completing the course faster than they ever have before. What a fantastic effort!
