Join us tomorrow for a free 5km run or walk. As always, please remember to follow the parkrun rules and remind others to do the same.

📢 Arrive at 6:50am and listen to the pre-event briefing
🏁 Self seeded start between the flags
🐕 Dogs need to be on a short handheld leash
👦 Kids under 11 must run with an adult
🌳 Keep left and share the park with others
🏃Be considerate of other runners and walkers
🎟 Return your token as we reuse them every week
🧡 Volunteer to support the community
