There will be lovely herbal ointments created and we will be exploring botanical paper making.

Another busy, fun, chatty Herb Circle with the very knowledgeable Helen, and Katie who makes all Twig botanicals Ointments.

Our 3rd Herb Circle is only a few weeks away!

We will be exploring a few herbs for supporting mood and sleep, learning about elixirs as a method of using herbs as remedies, and crafting a fun and very useful sleep support!
