Warners Bay Girl Guides are in desperate need for funds to assist in essential repairs to storm and water damage that have occurred to the lower part of the hall over the last couple of years this damage has rendered the lower part of the hall unusable and is not being covered by our insurance. Our aim is to restore the hall to full functionality not just for our own girls, but also for the wider Guiding community and other to use for weekend stays and as a training venue.
You can help us by participating in this wonderful fundraising event on the 29th November at Hunter Valley Ice Skating Stadium. The stadium will donate $6 from EVERY entry to the family session from 4:30 to 6:30pm that afternoon to Warners Bay Girl Guides.
So, not only does it provide our girls with a great activity, and wonderful visibility in the community, but it is a fabulous opportunity for us to increase our engagement with the community.
