Celebrating International Women’s Day 💜
Today at ECS, we marked International Women’s Day by doing more than just celebrating, we engaged in deep reflective practise.
While it’s a day for celebration, we felt it was vital to hold space for an honest conversation about the disability industry and community access. Together, we reflected on the progress we’ve seen and, more importantly, the persistent barriers that women, both those living with disabilities and those working within the sector, still encounter today.
True inclusion isn't just about opening doors, it’s about ensuring the path to the door is equitable for everyone.
We are so proud of the incredible women on our team and the resilient women we support! ✨
