A coach-run club in the south of Adelaide. Teams from Tinies to Masters + Inclusion (for performers with disabilities or additional needs).

A place to belong, a place to shine. We have highly qualified coaches who are fully accredited with the Calisthenics Association of South Australia (CASA) and enthusiastic about teaching all aspects of calisthenics. Lessons are held at South Port Primary School, Old Noarlunga Town Hall and Moana Pioneer Hall on:
Tinies - non competitive (3-7 years) - Tuesd

Tinies - non competitive (3-7 years) - Saturday 10.45-11.45am at Old Noarlunga Town Hall
Tinies - competitive (6-7 years) - Saturday 9-10.30am at Old Noarlunga Town Hall
Sub Junior 1 (8-10 years) - Wednesday 4.15-6.15pm at Noarlunga Downs Primary School
Sub Junior 2 (8-10 years) - Wednesday 4.15-6.16pm at South Port Primary School
Sub Junior 3 (8-10 years) - Wednesday 4.15-6.16pm at South Port Primary School
Junior (11-13 years) - Monday 5-8.00pm at South Port Primary School
Intermediates (14-17 years) - Wednesday 6.30-9pm at Noarlunga Downs Primary School
Seniors (18+ years) - Tuesday 6-8pm at Moana Pioneer Hall

Inclusion Demonstration (8-13 years) - Tuesday 4.15-6.15pm at South Port Primary School
Masters (26+ years) - Thursday 6-9pm at Moana Pioneer Town Hall

Participants will make long lasting friendships while having fun, learning co-ordination and improving their confidence, fitness and flexibility.

A daughter who grew up in calisthenics. A mum who found it later in life. ❤️

Maddie has spent years on the calisthenics floor, while Cairine only began her journey through our Masters section in recent years.

Now they share the experience together as mother and daughter—supporting each other, creating memories, and proving that calisthenics truly is a sport for every age and stage of life.

Some journeys start in childhood. Others start much later. The important thing is finding your place to belong and shine.

It’s been a big few days at Seaford, and we’re so proud to now celebrate our girls who took to the stage earlier this week ❤️

On Monday and Tuesday night, we finished off the CASA Graceful Girls Finals, with Natasha, Skyla and Addison all representing our club with pride and confidence 💫

Each performance showcased the hard work, dedication and beautiful expression that makes Graceful such a special section. Watching these girls step out on their own and truly shine is something we never take for granted 💖

We are incredibly proud of all three girls — the way you carried yourselves on and off the stage reflects everything Seaford stands for ❤️🖤

A huge thank you as always to our coaches, families and supporters who continue to be part of every step of the journey.
