Through our Assertive Outreach Case Management Service and various programs, we work to reengage young people back into education, work and the community

Re-Engage Youth Services, or simply Re-Engage as we call it, was born out of a need to reach out to young people who are at risk of "falling through the cracks”; young people who are disengaged from school, family and/or their community. Re-Engage was originally the youth services arm of Community Partnerships @ Work. However, with an overwhelming and undeniable need to support disadvantaged young

people to reengage back into school, training or employment, Re-Engage was established in its own right. It was then incorporated in 2011 and has since grown to now employ over 55 staff members. To date, Re-Engage has worked with over 1250 young people and their families – awakening hope, developing skills and creating change.
