NSW RFS - Sandy Point Brigade The Facebook home of Sandy Point Rural Fire Brigade, where we aim to keep our community informed and educated on fire safety. Remember - Prepare, Act, Survive!

Sandy Point Rural Fire Brigade is a volunteer brigade of the NSW Rural Fire Service, consisting of around 40 members with about 20 of those considered currently active. We are primarily responsible for the protection of approximately 200 homes in the community of Sandy Point, which is located on the western outskirts of the Sutherland Shire in Sydney. This is a timely reminder that bush fires can happen quickly and affect our local communities. Come down to Sandy Point RFS Station tomorrow (Sunday 20th September) between 10am and 3pm to learn how you can prepare yourself, your family and your property for the coming fire season.
