Please take time to understand the reasoning for ANZAC Day. It’s not just a ’Public Holiday’ it’s a day to reflect on the sacrifices made by those that had a love and belief for their Nation. Paving the foundations for future generations.

Rise before dawn attend a local Dawn Service or simply stand on your driveway. Look up to the heavens, acknowledge and be thankful for what we have today.

For me it’s one of the best day of the year.

Those that know, know and we all have our unique way of reflection. For those that understand and take the time to rise before dawn and create a level of inconvenience to your normal routine we thank you.

AD24 Remember, Reflect, Respect.

Is there even a debate? Anzac Biscuits hands down!

Did you know they weren’t always called Anzac Biscuits?

The Army Biscuit, also known as an Anzac wafer or Anzac tile, is a long shelf-life, hard-tack biscuit, eaten as a substitute for bread. Unlike bread, the original biscuits were very, very hard. So hard, some soldiers preferred to grind them up and eat as porridge.

Host an in the leadup to Anzac Day as a way of building pride and gratitude for those who serve our nation.
