🚨 The countdown to 30 June is on, and we’re in a critical window to raise the funds needed to meet growing demand.

Every child deserves to feel safe, supported and free to heal from the impacts of violence and homelessness. But right now, more children need our help than ever before.

Will you help create a safer future for children and their families?

Your tax-deductible donation can provide the support, stability and care that helps restore childhoods and make healing possible.

For Alexis*, it took away her sense of safety.

She was so overwhelmed by fear that even a gentle gesture made her recoil.

Violence had taught her to expect harm.

It took away more than her safety. Fear replaced play. Survival replaced dreaming.

But that wasn't the end of Alexis' story.

With safety, care and specialist support from WAGEC, things began to change.

Alexis started laughing again. She played with her mum and sister. She made friends.

She felt safe enough to simply be a child.

1 in 4 Australian children are exposed to domestic and family violence.

Every child deserves the chance to heal.

Help us give back childhood.

Donate before June 30.

Reality TV doesn't exist in a vacuum. MAFS has enormous influence over how we think about relationships. So why is harmful behaviour still being rewarded as entertainment?

Moo Baulch, our Director of Primary Prevention, has written for Cheek Media on why MAFS has missed a crucial opportunity to model respectful relationships - and why the franchise must be fundamentally reworked if it is to continue airing.

This Refugee Week, we’re shining a light on the challenges women on temporary visas face.

1 in 3 women from migrant and refugee backgrounds in Australia have experienced domestic and family violence - yet many encounter significant structural barriers when seeking safety and support.

Our CEO Nicole Yade spoke with ABC 7.30 about the crisis confronting women on temporary visas as they try to escape violence.
