BELLA NICHOLS RUNNER-UP AT WSL FIJI PRO 🇫🇯

Isabella powered her way through the event, securing a huge Semifinal win over Brisa Hennessy before an ankle injury sustained during the heat forced her to withdraw from the Final.

While it wasn’t the way she wanted to finish, a runner-up result on the Championship Tour is an incredible achievement and another strong result for Isabella on the world stage.

🏆 OUR CUP IS FULL 🏆

Murf Electric Bikes Noosa Pro Junior presented by Surfboard Empire ran at Sunshine Beach, crowning champions in the men’s and women’s divisions.

But the action didn’t stop there… Ocean Lancaster and Siqi Yang came away with the Murf Coast Cup, combining their points from Noosa with last weekend’s Murf Electric Bikes Tweed Coast Pro Junior.

2027 ABB QUALIFIER ENTRIES ARE OPEN 🔥

The Australian Boardriders Battle is back for its 14th season, bringing together Australia’s best boardrider clubs in the country’s biggest grassroots surfing series!

More than 100 clubs from across Australia will battle it out in the unique tag-team relay format, with teams competing through regional qualifiers for a place in the 2026 Grand Final.

We’re excited to host the QLD Regional Qualifier on the Sunshine Coast on Saturday, 10 October, where QLD’s top clubs will go head-to-head for a coveted spot in the national finals.

QLD bodyboarders are ready to battle for national glory 🏆

A strong QLD team is heading to Newcastle for the 2026 Australian Bodyboard Titles from 20–22 August, taking on Australia’s best across various divisions.

Leading the charge is Liam O’Toole, who returns to defend his Masters Over 35 Australian Title after an incredible 2025 campaign that included a perfect 10-point ride and a runner-up finish in the Open Men’s division.

Team QLD also features experienced campaigners Shannon Deane, Scott Wrigley and Kiowa O’Sullivan, while Kai Sauge steps into the Open Men’s division for the first time after winning the 2024 U18 Australian Title and finishing runner-up in 2025.

Joining them are Jai Taylor, Jamie Brown, Zayde Taylor, Tim Oliver, Giorgio Casalino and Justin Kirkpatrick, with Queensland aiming to add more national titles to its proud bodyboarding history.

Good luck to all of our QLD athletes 💪🏼
