Hi all, since the big move 'down South' to Shell Cove, I've just launched my own lil' Pilates home studio... welcome to Kalon Pilates 💚

I'd love your support, so feel free to give it a 'like & follow' and if you know anyone looking for a boutique Pilates experience around the Shell Cove, Shellharbour or greater Illawarra area, your referrals would be appreciated 🙏

I'm also opening it to Trainee Pilates instructors to utilise it for self-practice, observation & practice instructing - I remember the challenges of finding a local studio, with great equipment that was affordable & happy to help - so again, if you know anyone training to teach that might need access to a studio space, I'm here to help😃M.x

AWLQ’s sweeter than any-bunny Easter adoption sale is coming!

We are officially full to the brim. Our five shelters are at capacity. 🚨 Our waitlists are bursting. We have far too many sweet dogs and cats patiently waiting for you to come and meet them.

This Easter, we’ve heavily reduced the fees on adult cats and dogs in the hope of finding as many loving homes as possible. From 26 March to 7 April, we invite you to visit any of AWLQ’s five animal rehoming centres and adopt a sweet forever friend this Easter, with cats from just $29 and dogs from $99.*

134 adult cats and dogs are currently awaiting homes across AWLQ’s Beenleigh, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Warra and Willawong Animal Rehoming Centres. By choosing to adopt, you save two lives: the pet you adopt – and the next homeless animal you help make room for.

To view our animals available for adoption please visit the link in our bio 👉 Adopt a pet.

* Excludes kittens, puppies and select cats and dogs. AWLQ’s standard pet adoption process still applies. Availability is subject to change without notice.

With only a few more sleeps till PNG and our challenge to trek the Kokoda track, I wanted to take a moment to say thankyou once again to everyone who has given so generously to my fundraising efforts 🫶

Your support & kindness has helped push our overall group fundraising total for Legacy Australia and MATES in Construction NSW over an epic $120,000!!! 👏👏👏

What a humbling and complete WOW moment for all of us involved 🤩

If you’d like to follow our adventures, you can head to Adventure Kokoda, ‘like’ their FB page, & you’ll see updates from our journey (which, let’s be honest, will likely contain slips, falls, tears, & a whole lot of raw emotion - what’s not to love there?!)

Thanks again everyone, I am so grateful for each of you and your wonderful support 💚 xx
