Is it time for a quick tune-up? To mark Men’s Health Week, the Outlook Community Centre's OM:NI Men’s Discussion Group (for men over 60) is hosting a special session: "Keeping the Engine Running" - dedicated to maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Wives, partners, and families—if there’s a special man in your life over 60 who could use a morning of great company and practical wellness tips, please share this with him!

🌟 Special Guest Speaker: Fiona Begg, a highly respected local Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine Practitioner, will share professional expertise specifically tailored to men's health.

🤝 What to expect: An enlightening, interactive chat, Q&A, and our usual mateship over a coffee. Just like an annual vehicle inspection, keeping on top of health ensures a reliable road ahead!

We’re proud to offer free pads and tampons at Outlook Community Centre thanks to the Victorian State Government initiative supporting better access to period products.

Our new dispenser machine was installed last week and is now available for community members who may need it.

Access to period products is essential, and initiatives like this help create more inclusive, supportive and accessible community spaces for everyone.

Attain your accredited First Aid certificate at your local community centre.

First Aid Training and assessment is provided by Livcor/APL Health - RTO provider No. 3586. There is some homework prior to classes - these courses are blended delivery with a combination of online and face-to-face learning.

Do you volunteer in the Cardinia Shire and the certificate will help you in your position? You may be able to complete the course for half price. If this applies to you/ please contact the Centre.

This course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response, life support and management of the casualties until the arrival of
