Don't just tell yourself “I am worthy.”
Test it.
Imagine your mother criticising you again. Someone rejects you. Someone tries to dim your light.
What happens inside your body?
Do you still need to defend yourself, explain yourself or prove your worth?
Then sit quietly with this:
If nobody validates me, am I still worthy?
If they never understand me, am I still worthy?
If I never prove anything again, what remains?
Don't answer intellectually. Feel the answer.
Perhaps freedom begins when worthiness is no longer something you need another person to confirm.
